- INVISIBLE: Compact irreversible electromechanical actuator housed inside its own 3mm thick steel foundation case. FOX 724 at 24 Vdc with built-in encoder
- ROBUST: Gear motor with steel-steel and steel-brass worm screws, lubricated with grease, supported by radial bearings, fixed inside the watertight IP67 die-cast aluminium shell. The gear motor is fastened to the foundation box with four stainless steel bolts. The anti-crushing protection system, thanks to the encoder’s action and constant amperometric monitoring, ensures the correct movement of the gate and the deceleration phases. It detects any obstacles and, upon detection, reverses the direction. The control programmer ELPRO 42 with D.S.A. auto test technology allows for safety device checks before each operation.
- VERSATILE: The case is available in three versions: with electrolytic zinc plating, with hot-dip zinc plating and a cover made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. In the event of a power outage to the system, the gate can be manually unlocked using the included shaped key, which directly acts on the gate’s movement lever. Included are movement levers with mechanical stops for gate rotation up to 105°, and special levers with chains for gate rotation up to 360° are available to purchase separately.
